Is it true that shadowborn improves on gf's stalking? I heard about it once.

I do not believe Ghostface's stalking has a built-in FoV so increasing it with perks should increase the area you can stalk.
I don't see it being worth it honestly.

I think it does slightly but it’s not worth the perk slot.

Shadowborn on the ghost face is just very nice to have. You can fully see his first person animation it feels great.
