Wesker Coat Outfits Glitched

Always happens against Wesker wearing default or prestige body.
From what I've seen on videos happens on all platforms, but I'm on Xbox One.
In the PTB Weskers Coat flowed behind him similar to Trickster when he moves. In the live game the coat is "attatched" to his legs and moves forward and back with each leg movement and is stiff. It follows the movement of his legs and even though its not touching the leg, it bends at certain points just like the knee does. It looks goofy and unintentional.
