I completely agree, we were patient enough, I got my def ban account without any warning or any logical response from them knowing that I never cheated, lost all the skins battlepass + 300€ But that's another story. We just ask them to move their ass because it's unacceptable to have bugs that last more than 3 months And indeed the excuse of the most important bugs does not hold, this game for 6/7 years it is filled with bugs, the community of dead by daylight is the most patient that I know Another game that would have so many bugs would have been dead for a long time, so they are happy that players are still there despite the fact that 6/7 years after its launch it is still bugged.So we are entitled to want the bugs corrected, but let's not forget that there is 0 communication with their player, no respect for them, we are in dead by daybug

Survival treasures is a trophy that was recently fixed and was unobtainable for almost 6 months or so along with this trophy Milk and Cookies. I was able to get survival treasures recently but need to test out if Milk and Cookies is fixed and obtainable or not. No one has gotten to trophy yet on psn according to psn profiles but if somebody does because it does require a bit of a grind to get 30 items from basement. Be sure to post here.

I was able to finally get the Survival Treasures trophy today after months of waiting. However, the Milk and Cookies one is still not working. I got a few things out of the basement today, but when I checked the achievements to see if there was any progression on it, there was not. Still shows 0 out of 30

I am a completionist, and this being bugged for many months is upsetting. I love the game and continue to play it, but having other achievements fixed, without fixing this bothers me. I filed a bug report and got a response, but the member made it seem like he hasn't heard of the bug before.

I sent a message to support today and got a response within an hour actually. Problem is it ended there. They asked what was happening, I explained the bug. They responded with
"Thank you for your quick reply and confirming this information regarding the Milk N' Cookies achievement issue.
I must inform you that, at this time, we don't have a solution right at hand for this issue, but we will continue to investigate and work hard to resolve this issue from our end.
While we cannot provide a time frame as to when it may be fixed, please check patch notes/twitter" yada yada

Looks like they only check once a month instead of having an employee check hourly or at least multiple times a day. They put the work into updating the forums so they should regulate it better..

Thanks. Looks like they upgraded the AI. Last time I interacted with it it didn’t have many options and was pretty useless. At least now it understood and sent an email to the devs (hopefully lol)

I contacted them and they said they need more info which is pretty promising since they normally reply with the "We're looking into it". Waiting for further reply. Will update if anything promising comes up.

by ignoring the thread for months, they’re encouraging the bumping and repeated reminders. All they needed to do was actually have someone say something besides the generic copypasta support response

Im getting close to getting all the achievements (6 left) And this one not being fixed is gonna be annoying, specially if i complete the other ones and im stuck at 1 left cause i cant do it due to a bug thats being going for months.

I find it strange they randomly were able to fix survival treasures. That achievement broke at the same time as Milk n Cookies. They didn’t even mention in the update that it got fixed. Perhaps they don’t even know they fixed it lol.
point is, the achievements are similar in that it involves picking up an item. Surely they can relate the two and find a fix. :(

True they are both very similar in nature and got bugged nearly at the same time, imagine they accidentally fixed it 😂. Not too far fetched since like you said nothing was in the patch notes about it.
