The Only Things I'd Change on Wesker
Honestly I think, mechanically, this killer is pretty stellar. He's ridiculously fun, has good counterplay, counter W, pretty awesome.
His Mori animation looks very stiff and the camera angles are too janky, it's almost impossible to line it up decently, but that's relatively minor.
Mechanically I'd only change one thing about him: I'd reduce his cooldown to recover Bound charges by 1 second.
Currently it takes 6 seconds per charge, but every infected survivor makes it so that it takes 0.5s less per charge. Imo it feels sluggish at base, and pretty good with 4 survivors infected which is not likely since there's so many spray cans around. If it took 5s at base, it'd feel good at base, and really powerful with 4 survivors infected, which would put more pressure on survivors to use the sprays.
Bonus Extra: For every survivor infected, Bound is also readied 0.1s faster. At 4 survivors infected it'd go from 1.5s to 1.1s to ready your power. Again putting more pressure on survivors to keep themselves not infected.
Bonus bonus extra: If you hook a survivor you recover all bound tokens. It is a little bit frustrating to use your bound, hook a survivor and still have to wait for the game's permission to continue.
Even without these changes, Wesker is awesome. But imo these would make him feel even better and more threatening.
