Why do like 99% of survivors I play against not let me hit them out of the gate for some extra points?
Just trying to feed my family out here man, inflation is hard.

Getting downed can take away emblem points and can cause you to not pip a game. Getting hit also loses you chaser points, which again, can cause you not to pip.
