Can't Play with Friends (PC, STEAM)

can't play with friends! (PC, STEAM)

What happened:

1) Started the game through Steam

2) Attempted to join my friend's lobby through the friend's section

3) "Error"

4) Tried to go into the survivor lobby

5) Spinning symbol; didn't go away for the several minutes I waited

6) Closed DBD, tried again, same result

7) Tried restarting my laptop, same result

8) Tried joining her through steam, same result

9) Opened up DBD and it let me make my own lobby, tried inviting my friend/she tried joining me and did not work this time around

10) She invited me through Steam, it let me join her lobby but she couldn't see me in her lobby; it was like she was solo queue still, but on my screen, we were in a lobby together

Had the same thing. My friend and I were already in a lobby and played one game together then next game I loaded into a lobby but she did not. I tried joining her and it gave me an error then i tried inviting her did not work, so she tried joining and inviting me.

We kept getting errors. We restarted DBD and Steam and checked out games files to make sure they were not corrupt. Everything was fine.

DBD please fix this ASAP as a lot of people most likely wont play till its fixed as solo que isnt the greatest.

Have they even acknowledged this ? like make an official statement on expected fix time ?

Bumping this, because i cant play with my friend, we cant get into a lobby together

Same thing happening to me, it has been like this for a couple of days now.
