Pleas make it if you are holding the sprint button the game will prioritise vaults and pallets instead of healing the survivor on the ground.
and make it if you are not holding the sprint button the game will prioritise healing survivors on the ground instead of dropping pallets.

Yes! Sounds so simple..
(Also while at it give us basic controller settings in the menu)

They should also add more options to change your buttons. I want to repair gens and drop pallets from RB and heal from other button but that is not possible.

Controller in general sucks for DbD. They really need to give it some improvements.

You can do gens and heal with RB and then set your vault and drop pallets to a different button, i use x/square.
