I'm wondering who the best surviver in the game is?

    Depends.

    you talking about their teachable perks? Overall probably Meg. Bill and Laurie also have some good perks though with the recent changes not that good anymore.

    For beginners, probably Kate and Feng. With WoO, Boil Over, Lithe and Alert being pretty good perks while DwM (especially combined with Lithe and/or Quick and Quiet from Meg) is also great but more situational and Technician might be good when learning skill checks

    if you are talking about general gameplay as perks can be used by anyone, probably also Kate, females have a smaller model making it easier to hide and in some cases loop. Also Kate is one of the more silent survivors. Otherwise Ace for males has almost built in Iron Will..
