Okay I know this perk is beyond bad but I gotta ask can it stack. Like lets say you are downed and you get both picked up and healed by someone with better than new, do you get 32% increase. Or if you have 2 people healing you in that case do you get 64%?

I assume yes because the game usually specifies when perks don't stack.

If they dont want to raise the numbers, how about they add a new effect like the first 1/2/3 Vaults are 16% faster
Which means the other healing bonus grant 16% on Tier 1 already

Honestly it was better before they boosted the numbers but removed the gen speed. I'd rather have that version any day.
