Self care is definitely the perk I get angry about when I see it on my teammates. It's slow as a snail and is a massive waste of time. My soulution is to make it the equivalent of a personal brown medkit, this is very simple and would still be semi reliable.

I think those 32s pre-last-nerf was actually fine. Some killers/survivors still considered it killer's perk, but others liked it the way it was.
Now there is no question about it. It purely benefits killer (especially hit&run kind) if not paired with botany

They could make it so it only has 2 heals worth and has a permanant 50% buff to mending speed
