We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

I was running along in front of one of the exit gates and there was a rather large and invisible object in my way near one of the gates.
These are shots of me running against it.
