6 years and Prestige cosmetics still aren't labeled as full outfits?

I'm surprised that the game has gone on this long without making bloody cosmetics count as a full outfut once three pieces are collected.

The only bypass atm is thanks to the recent addition of presets for cosmetics and loadouts, as I devote one preset to hold all 3 prestige pieces as a whole. Making these outfits upon completion of collection would make choosing the entire ensemble much easier.
