prestiging doesn't increase the perks already unlocked

I noticed that just recently...

but perks that you already unlocked with iridescence shard don'T get upgraded to next tier when you prestige a survivor...

I took notice that I already had the 3 perks of elodie unlocked on all my other survivors...

before prestiging her...

and I've just pretiging her and those perks are still rank 1 (yellow)

so I realize that I wasted 50 level of point on her for nothing, and now I'm wondering how many other did the same cause I had plenty of perks tier 1 unlocked with iridescend shard prior to the ubdate that changed everything...

and since then I prestigied alot of survivors,... but without really looking if it upgraded those... until recently...

that's great, it feel even more grinding.

not to forget that before I could unlock only the perks that I desired to have in the perks pool for your stupid bloodweb RNG, now we are forced to unlock all 3 together and just have a bigger pool of perks making it even harder to have the perks that we want!!!!

so essentially no we have to grind every survivors prestige 3 to have everything more simply...

fkit... I just give up... it's just too much grinding for casual player like me, have a nice game filled with hackers.

    The Grind for survivor practically hadn't changed... Unless you have multiple main survivors or as you said, didn't pick teachable perks you disliked.

    but perks that you already unlocked with iridescence shard don'T get upgraded to next tier when you prestige a survivor...

    And that makes sense, because they only upgrade at specific prestige levels.

    What was Élodie's prestige level in the end?

    If it was P1, then I'm sorry, but you need to prestige up to P3 to get all her perks on lvl 3. It doesn't matter if you already unlocked her perks through the shrine.

    It's the same for the Killers which were P1 before the change. I have their bloody weapon (wich comes with P4) but since I'm only P3 right now after the change, I'd need to invest 2mil BP to get the next bloody cosmetic at P5. P4 won't reward me with anything.
