I simply change of words (on the conformation pop-up) could (slightly) fix the problem of many people dcing here's how I would change it.

For survivors: Are you sure that you want to leave and abandon your teammates?

For killers: Are you sure that you want to leave and displease the Entity?

Overall, I think this would be a cool and easy to implement change, that would fix dcing (to some degree).
