I know slugging is an issue, but infinite unbreakable isn’t the way.

I know many have said this already and it may not come to live but this is insane even from the basic gameplay standpoint of downing survivors in general.

Say you down someone then another one appears with a flashlight, now what? You can’t go to the other one with the flashlight since the other one who is down will be getting back up so you pick them up, nope because the other survivor can use the flashlight to save the picked up survivor and void the killer. You can use lightborn, but you can say that to survivors by saying well you can use your perks for anti slugging, but since it’s basekit there no point.

How about when a killer has to wait for DS to cooldown in order to pick the survivor up so they don’t get stun? Nope the killer is punished by just doing their job and have to pick up the survivor and get stun, losing the survivor and giving the survivor an easy second chance to escape with no issue cause of infinite unbreakable.


I could say other scenarios, but we could be here all day. I do understand that slugging is unfun for the survivor and the time is long when you bleed out, but the devs really need to look into why killers do this in the first place. And no it’s not just cause they are being toxic and that’s the main problem. You need to look at many reasons killers do this rather than the one reason which is toxicity. Same with tunnelling and the solution to that was worse and still an issue today. Toxicity isn’t the only issue they do it and this isn’t the way to fix it.

    They really should just let you instantly bleed out with an option if there are two survivors left and the killer slugs you for the 4k with the other person hiding in a corner. Keep the finishing mori or whatever but dont make infinite ub basekit

    This is such an awful idea in general.

    I agree with the bleed out change instead. Or any other change.


    Or at least buff kills to compensate for the massive SWF buff this is.

    It still takes 4 minutes to bleed out, 45 seconds to use it 1 time, so you could do it around 5 times? Might be quicker with unbreakable, or slower with mangled effects, but it's not infinite. Killers slug because it's one of the easiest solutions with no big downside, this change makes it less appealing.
