The answer to "Should (literally any character) be removed?" is a no. It's a horrible idea, and the crux of the issue with the Freddy rework in the past. It completely killed an entire playstyle identity that people liked and alienated them. That should literally never happen.
As for should they be nerfed? Their basekits don't need a nerf. But a few of their add-ons should be: Alchemist Ring, Compound 33, Compound 21, Kavanagh's Last Breath, Heavy Panting, Torn Bookmark.
