Twins - Discordance/eruption bug

I noticed while playing twins that the yellow generator FX coming from my perks lingers indefinitely. I don't know wich one caused the issue between discordance and eruption. Both have been activated multiple times without any weird effect (Eruption didn't activated on all generators that stayed in yellow), only the FX stays.
As Victor can't see these effects, it might come from that.
For context, I was playing on Mount Ormond, with as additionnal perks overcharge and coup de grâce. No addons.
