Smash Hit should work on any stuns like Parental Guidance does
Probably one of the most unused Exhaustion Perks in the game, giving it the option to work on any stuns could give it a tiny bit more synergy with other Perks, thus making it much more fun.

I had the same thought about it too.

Then you would have to nerf it to 3 seconds.

You want to compensate that buff, because we want to keep it under 1% usage?
The idea is to make it more appealing to use. Not less... Anyway, I am pretty sure it would still be worst exhaustion perk in game
Edit: typo and better wording for the idea

I mean... does Parental Guidance count flashlight as stuns?
Because if not Smash Hit would literally not change much. It would work off Blast Mine additionaly.

What about endurance when dropping pallets instead? If the endurance procs then you get exausted, and lose out on the 4s speed boost for the endurance 1.8s speed boost. That is also cut short by the remainder of the drop animation. This could help in the case of those laggy hits through pallets, and also give some value against ranged attacks like hatchets and Nemmy whips.
