New basekit UB and DS
Question: with the new basekit UB, does it means that killer need to be hit by DS or let survivor recover because you can recover faster then DS duration even without any perks? Or is that recovering consider conspicous activity?

Killers already can pretty much ignore DS with its negligible effectively 2 second stun duration.
With 45s UB base kit I'll eat DS all day long and not care. I'm coming for dat arse.

I’ve only been eating DS more cause it’s easier to chase them back down with the nerfed stun duration. Still should be 5 seconds.

If the survivor is downed within 15 seconds of being unhooked, then yes they will be able to recover before DS expires. You either have to eat the decisive or leave them.
Recovery is not a conspicuous action, but self-healing is.

Old DS & UB were fine if they are not paired, broken if they are. With basekit UB, if DS back to 5sec it will be top top tier.
Honestly I think basekit DS (even if work on both hook) would makes the game less being a mess than basekit UB.
