We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

I bought 500 cells on my PS5 and they didn’t go onto my account on DBD it came up saying that the next time I start the game they’ll be there but now I can’t buy more cells as it says cell packs unavailable.
I paid money, I can’t connect to anything on the game.
