Slugging for 4K

This creates some very boring gameplay especially if it's clear, that killer won. But if 2 survivors want to get hatch or killer wants to deny hatch and other sirvivor really wants it, then the game can go on for ever.

So it would be sensible for hatch to spawn maybe 10 or 15s after person before last person is downed. This will delete hiding/snitching/waiting standoff that is really boring.

If you don't want to this for some reason, then give option to surrender/dc without any penalty/bleed out or accelerate the game in some other manner. Just get rid of this situation pls.

Note: new mori/ub basekit change does not cover this situation. Killer can still camp last person even if that person can stand up and survivors can still hide if both of them decide to.
