Dumbest DC story
What is the dumbest reason you've ever seen a killer/survivor disconnect over? I just had a Myers disconnect because I cleansed his devour hope lol

a deathslinger cuz he missed shooting a mickaela through the tiniest gap in a tractor on coldwind on his first attempt at 5 gens on stream

Yeah, rage-quitting over Devour happens quite a lot. 😂
I once had a Tombstone Myers DC as we were all jumping in lockers and denying him his mori's. The final gen popped and he still hadn't mori'd any of us and he just quit. lol
On the other side, the one time I understood a DC was a Huntress on Coldwind. They were obviously quite a new player and by the time she got her first down, three gens had popped and her Lullaby Hex was cleaned and replaced with a Boon. I was working on a gen close to the hook and as soon she approached me I used Sprint Burst to get away. As soon as she saw the SB after all the other stuff, she was just like NOPE and rage quit. I did feel quite sorry for them, it was a pretty rough game. 😂

I had someone DC when I hit a hail-mary hatchet at the start of the game. This was a long time ago, but it did crack me up.

A Demo who DC'd because two survivors in the party had Balanced Landing... On Lery. The map where there is only one place you can use Balanced Landing !
A Meg who DC'd because I became friendly after another Meg DC'd because she was first downed.
And many many people DC'ing because I was playing Legion. :(

There's a solid chance if you're in NA I dc'd against you, I don't know why but recently I just can't care enough to play through a match against Legion, I know you probably have dailies to complete, but most Legions I play against just hit me once and deny me the ability to listen to their dope chase music.

I'm EU haha ! No hard feelings either way, I get that some people don't like their playstyle. It's a shame because they're comfortable to play and have cool cosmetics so there's a lot of them out there. I love playing as them and against them, but I know not everyone does :)

A teammate because he couldn't boon

Had a four man swf of Steve all dc because I didn’t let them boop the snoot while playing as pig

Back in the day, I had a few people DC when you'd dribble them to negate old DS. One of them messaged me and let me know all about how I was an awful person for doing such a thing as well as a few other choice things.
Was pretty funny.

Got the dreaded skillcheck while leaving the gen so Bill DCed.

A couple of weeks ago on in Autohaven, a Surv Dc'd when trying to get a flashlight save on a Myers. I was on my way over to see if I could work on my stun/blind challenge a bit late, but saw the Myers facing the other healthy surv (most likely in a swf with the first dc). They had then also DC'd, and Myers and I just kinda looked at the two flashlights on the ground.
He let me and the guy he first downed live, and we laughed in the endgame chat about the two DCs happening because Myers brought Lightborn.

So before blight got on everyones radar I had this steve crouch in the middle of no where so I hit him in rush right? He tries to E key for distance and didn't make it. Guess what... he dc'd because during that time they disabled dc penalty for some sort of console crash issue.

The reason doesn't matter, but every single time a surv DCs as they are hooked for the third time is tied for the dumbest DC I've ever seen.
A completely, utterly, mind-numbingly stupid waste of time and BP. Doesn't hurt the killer in the least, as it almost always still counts as a sacrifice.

I had Claudette DC on me after teabagging me all game to get my attention. When I finally downed her (on a strong loop) in under 10 seconds with a Hillbilly curve she dc'd so fast her face didn't even hit the ground.

Honestly anytime survivors DC during a mori or during the death hook animation. Like you're this close to ending the match, just why.
Also had a survivor DC while I was playing Artist. She pallet stunned me and tried to blind me. I was running lightborn, and the moment she found out she quit (despite owning the greatest threat to Artist's power)
