What Am I Doing Wrong?
I've been going against tons of killers who constantly hit me on hook while nodding, I don't understand why. Like I'm talking about hitting me on hook about 20 times or more while nodding (not exaggerating). I haven't done any forms of BM, so I'm unsure why they're doing this. I usually SWF with my brother, who's basically equally as good as me, but I he hasn't been hit on hook since forever.
Why is this only happening a ton to me??? For context, I'm always using Rebecca. Maybe there's some cumulative hatred towards Rebecca? I'm not sure, she seemed like a nice character in RE and RE 0.

Some people will just BM for the sake of it. Truly, a mysterious subspecies.

Maybe you're doing something that killers hate that you don't think is BM, like running directly at the killer with your OTR to bodyblock for your friend or something

I don't have OTR, and sometimes this even happens after first hook, like for example against this myers with tier 3 after I looped him for a while. I don't body block with BT either way.

Im 100% its not about you. Maybe you looped well, for some killers this alredy is an insult. It has the same energy as the survivor rulebook, it basicly means "you better let me win next time, take this as a lesson!!" or they had a real toxic swf before and now are venting in the following up rounds.
Either way, if you have done not BM at all then its not something personal, its a shame they do it to you when you play normal like a sane person but apearantly they got salty over something. doesnt mean you have done something wrong and you should not consider to cather to killers at all, play how you want, if they waste time by hitting you on hook 20 times then they just give other survivors some free seconds.

That's what I thought, I can loop people decently. But my brother also loops really well, but he doesn't get hit on hook as often (last time was like months ago). I'm just so perplexed on the fact that I get BM'd so often, but my brother does basically the exact same things I do, but doesn't get BM'd.

maybe its the survivor then. I know for a fact that fengs, jun jin and dwights are hated uppon, for some unknown reason. Yui survivors are liked mostly, at least thats what i get as an yui main, i almost never get BM'd by killers. But i havent heard that rebecca has a bad reputation, maybe its because your brother played yui. Could be anything and maybe the killer really was just a douche or mad about the PTB

Steves trigger killers more than anyone lol. How could anyone beat Rebecca on hook?? She's so wholesome!

i mean i like steve. I have a little pre suspicion of dwights masked megs but its not that i would hit them on hook for no reason. The only times i hit survivors on hook is when i try to hit an unhooking survivor and miss.
