Legion killer instinct
I was playing a few games of legion and i realised that i was not getting killer instinct on survivors when they were injured, i just thought it was part of his power. But when i read the power it only talks about when survivors are in deep wound, so an injured survivor not in deep wound should have killer instinct but they didn't? is this a bug or am i stupid?

After hitting a survivor in feral frenzy, all survivors in your terror radius not in deep wound will be highlighted with killer instinct.

It works on both healthy and injured survivors as long as they're not in deep wound.
However, the killer instinct range is tied directly to your terror radius. If you have anything that removes your terror radius or that makes a survivor oblivious (thus they are considered to be outside the terror radius) then you won't see them with killer instinct. Were you running any perks/addons that would do this (Hysteria perhaps)?
