New Killer: The Enforcer

Overview: The Enforcer is a precise killer, using his power to swiftly and efficiently strike Survivors down with deific force. His personal perks allow him to apply constant pressure on Survivors through various status effects, making it dangerous to do anything less than the most careful choice.
Appearance: A tall, slim mass wearing a large coat dark enough to make it appear as if it consumes the light around it. His weapon is his metal stake, embedded deep in his wrist.

Special Ability - Mirage
The Enforcer's Mirage begins with 5 charges, and replenishes 1 charge every 16 seconds. Mirage can be used by holding down the Power Button, causing the Enforcer's screen to darken and show various structures within 40 meters in white. The structure the Enforcer would be looking at would be shown in red.
Clicking the Attack Button while using Mirage will rapidly move the Enforcer to a structure highlighted in red (at a speed of 12 m/s compare to the Dredge during daytime). Once he reaches the structure, the Enforcer gains Undetectable for 10 seconds, until the Enforcer move again (through the same process), or until the Attack Button is pressed again. Teleporting consumes 1 charge of Mirage.
If the Enforcer clicks and holds the Attack Button while Undetectable, he can lunge normally, but otherwise clicking it will merely cancel Mirage, taking 1 second before the Enforcer returns to his feet and can move. While "attached to a structure" via Mirage, the Enforcer crouches in a place around it, appearing as a shadowy mass to Survivors.
While traversing the map with Mirage, the Enforcer cannot see anything, but can still hear as normal.
Special Ability - Silencer
Silencer allows the Enforcer to, while Mirage is active (specifically when the Enforcer is crouched next to a structure), charge an attack by holding the Active Ability Button. This attack takes 2 seconds to charge, and after 1.33 seconds has a loud audio queue spanning 40 meters (a loud chink), caused by the Enforcer's retractable stakes exiting his wrists. After the full 2 seconds, Silencer can be held indefinitely by the Enforcer.
Clicking the Attack Button will cause the Enforcer to lunge in a straight line 24 meters, or until an object or Survivor is hit. The lunge moves at a speed of 40 m/s (compare to the Deathslinger's harpoon or the Huntress' fully charged hatchet with no add-ons). The lunge has exceedingly restricted movement, only being able to adjust maybe 20 degrees from beginning to end of it if it went its full distance.
If this attack misses, the Enforcer is slowed to 3.04 m/s (identical to the Huntress while charging a hatchet) speed for 1 second before slowly speeding up to 4.4 m/s. If the attack hits an object or Survivor, however, the Enforcer is slowed to 1.15 m/s (identical to the Hillbilly after hitting a Survivor with his chainsaw) for 3 seconds, before returning to full speed.
Clicking the Attack Button again during this lunge will cancel it, but will still have the full stun, as if Silencer missed.
If Silencer hits an injured Survivor and that Survivor is downed, they will automatically be put on the Enforcer's shoulder. When a healthy Survivor afflicted with the Exposed status effect is hit by Silencer, they are automatically downed and put on the Enforcer's shoulder, despite Silencer not being a basic attack.
If another Survivor is within 16 meters of a Survivor downed by Silencer, that Survivor is afflicted with the Witness status effect for 60 seconds.
Witness
Survivors afflicted with the Witness status effect can see the Enforcer's aura in red and vice versa for the full duration. Witnesses who perform a cooperative action with another Survivor cause the status effect to deplete 1.5x faster. Witnesses are permanently Exposed while not in chase, and are Exposed for the first 3 seconds of a chase.
Being downed by the Enforcer will prematurely end this status condition.
Witness does not stack. If Witness would be applied to a Survivor that is already afflicted with it, it is not applied.
Add-ons
- Decreases the time it takes for Mirage to gain back a charge by 1/1.2/1.4 second(s)
- Increases the time Mirage's Undetectable status condition lasts by 2/4/6 seconds.
- Increases the speed the Enforcer moves at during Mirage by 2/3/4 m/s.
- Increases the range of Silencer by 4/5/6 meters.
- Reduces the time it takes to recover from Silencer after hitting a Survivor by 0.8 seconds.
- Increases the duration of Witness applied by Silencer by 4/6/8 seconds.
- If a healthy Witness is downed by Silencer, the nearest Survivor outside of a 16 meter range becomes a Witness for 40 seconds.
Iridescent Add-ons
Iridescent Magazine
An empty magazine of a gun from days past, recreated by the void itself.
When a generator is completed, Mirage gains 1 extra charge. Mirage moves 1.05x faster for each charge it has remaining after that charge's use.
If Silencer is used before Mirage's Undetectable status effect ends and hits a Survivor, all other Survivors become Incapacitated for 2 seconds times the number of spent Mirage charges, up to 20 seconds.
Nova's Tommy Gun
The favorite toy of your least favorite colleague. You are more familiar with its bullets than you should be.
For each charge of Mirage spent before Silencer is used, Silencer moves 1.2x faster, and has its maximum range increased by 4 meters.
After a Survivor is downed by Silencer and a Survivor became a Witness, you can immediately use Silencer again despite not meeting its conditions, without delay, but its range is equal to the range the previous Silencer traveled.
Mirage regains charges 4 seconds slower.
Perks
Hex: Under the Tranquil Moon
Your work still needs to be done.
When a hooked Survivor is unhooked, the Survivor that unhooked them is afflicted with the Witness status affect for 40/50/60 seconds.
Witness does not stack.
Hex: Shellshock
Soon they will know true fear.
When a Hex Totem is blessed or cleansed, all Survivors scream, revealing their location for 4/5/6 seconds. When a Boon Totem is destroyed, the Survivor who placed that Boon Totem becomes Exposed for 60 seconds.
Scourge Hook: Pandemonium
When the left shoe drops, they will drop like flies.
At the start of a Trial, 4 random hooks are changed into Scourge Hooks. The auras of Scourge Hooks are revealed to you in white.
This perk gains 1 token for each unique Survivor hooked on a Scourge Hook. Once this perk has 4 tokens, 2/3/4 random hooks turn into Scourge Hooks.
Each time a Survivor is hooked on a Scourge Hook, the following effects occur:
1 Token: All Survivors are afflicted with Blindness for 60 seconds.
2 Tokens: All Survivors are afflicted with Oblivious for 40 seconds.
3 Tokens: The Killer gains 5% Haste for 20 seconds.
4 Tokens: The Killer becomes Undetectable while a Survivor is hooked on a Scourge Hook.
