Cannot exit the game on PC when servers are down.

It's happened a few times, the "splashscreen" I guess you can call it, the screen the loads before you connect to the service. If the servers go down, and you are on the screen, it only gives you the option to try to connect. If you click it, it will attempt to connect, but since the servers are down it will fail, and return you to try to connect. You cannot exit the game from here, and I will need to open task manager and shut the game down that way to get out of it. You should give an option to exit and shut down the game from this screen.
