DO survivors/killer ever get discounted Iri Shards prices?
I have been wondering if there is ever a discount or sale on killers/survivors with reduced Iri price.

It is. I don't really use shards for that but I remember once event were prolonged because sale were bugged and people couldn't spend their shards. So there definitely are discounts in shards. Unfortunately, I don't know when.

Here I found their news about bug.
It was around march 10, so right when (or right after) Sadako was released. Haven't found any news about announcing in-game discounts themselves, unfortunately, but as far as I remember skins have discounts both in shards and cells at the same time. It should be the same with characters sales too and character sales aren't rare. You can expect those near to huge events and new chapter releases, I think.

I think they are discounted when they are the main featured characters in the current tome? (…or is it only auric cells? I already have all characters so couldn’t really check)
