Killer perk that briefly shows auras of survivors who scream?

I just realized there are a bunch of ways to make survivors scream (e.g. hitting them, explosions on generators, abilities like Doctor’s shock and Trapper’s traps, etc) but no killer perks that take advantage of screams. So it might be interesting to have a killer perk related to screams. One simple possibility would be to show the aura of any survivor who screams for a short time for example.

• Doctor obviously would be a prime target for that perk since it would further improve his tracking after Blasts and Shocks.
• It also might pair well with Save the Best for Last since you could hit a survivor and recovery quickly while still seeing the aura of the fleeing survivor if they try and run around cover from you.
• Calm Spirit becomes a bit better relatively speaking if this perk actually saw use.
• There are a handful of other kill perks which can cause screams which this could pair with too like Infectious Fright.

I’m not sure that perk is great on its own, but paired with other scream related effects it might be a good combo.
