Problems with the faces of the characters

I would like to report that with certain characters,
like with Quentin.
Her face is deformed.
It is not the same lobby face as when you start the game.
Is there a problem with them?

Confitrmed, seems to be happening with all survivors that I play. Claire, Jill, Ada, Feng, Jane, all of them.
