I would like to start streaming but don't know how to exactly do that since I play on the switch and they dont let you capture videos on dead by daylight 🥴 any tips on how to?

    You will need a capture card. It’s a small device connected between your switch docking station and the monitor via HDMI and also via USB to the PC from where you start your streaming software. Recently bought one myself - the Elgato HD60 S (there is a + version with higher quality but I think this one is enough). though there are other options of course, i can just say -as long as you use a correct USB cable- this one works very well.


    as to Streaming Software, OBS works perfectly fine and is free and easy to use. Streamelements (or SE.live I believe it’s called) as an addon for OBS gives further options and still free to use.
