As the title says. They are meh. They don't change the killers all that much and are disappointing.

I was so disappointed when wesker literally had the same head

Same head, almost the same weapon. And it is 100% going to be a linked set for full price. Same thing they did with Pinhead's custom cosmetic.
I am more disappointed with the oni as well. That didn't even change anything noticeable. Only the eye on his mask is bigger and a splash of orange and they call it a new skin.

one thing i love about blighted outfits is how it completely deforms the killer (eg legion, ghostface, doc..) but oni and weskers just look like any run of the mill outfit.
