Cleansing a hex should show what hex it was

Just like the title says, I think if you cleanse a hex, you should know what hex it is. It's annoying now since a lot of people have devour, pentimento, plaything builds and you can't tell if devour has been cleansed yet if there are pentimento and plaything totems around since you can only see that you're affected by some hex but don't know what hex it is that's still active.
