Do we know the numbers that go with the colors & number of bars for survivor and killer? - Most importantly: do we know the minimum for the red bar to show up next to a survivor and the knife for a killer?

    Yes, the numbers were stated in the patch notes:

    • Ping is represented by a vertical bar iconYellow = Ping over 100ms
    • Red = Ping over 200ms
    • Packet Loss is represented by a double-diamond iconYellow = 2%-5% packet loss
    • Red = More than 5% packet loss

    Also, for survivors you can still see the pings during a match for every survivor when pressing the pause/esc menu
