Jake Park Somehow Prestiged II & III

4 hours after I shut my computer down, I come to find that when I booted up Steam, I got 2 achievements... Unlocked at the same time and date...
I start the game wondering what the heck is going on, and discovered that Jake was now Prestige III from Prestige I. I'd never do this because I'm still trying to unlock all the teachables first.
When I look at my perks, items, add-ons, and offerings on Jake, they're all the same as they were when he was Prestige I.
Please revert Jake to Prestige I.
