Boon: Remove Blue Glare

When playing survivor, the blue glare (and ringing sound) from boon totems is irritating and unnecessary, the floating particles in the environment and the boon icon are more than enough to indicate the effect is active.
The blue glare when paired with other screen effects (like Plague or Dredge's power) is just maddening to play against and enjoy the game.
