Calms the Entity to spawn you as far away from The Killer as possible.

YEAH NOPE; used it twice in a row and twice in a row i spawned right next to the killer, match starts immediate heart beat and i'm found first...FIX IT PLS!

    Unfortunately, with several killers that item doesn't do much. Even when it's not bugging out. If you spawn in the game and within a few seconds aren't in the killer's TR already, give it a few more seconds.

    When I first starting playing the game (early 2020) with my friend, we used to use that Shroud (one of us, not both) a decent bit since we were new and wanted to avoid the killer at all costs. Almost every single time, either of us were immediately found, almost as if the Shroud was spawning us next to the killer instead. The offering is used rarely enough (when I play killer, I almost never see it, and I haven't used it as survivor in ages), and it isn't something that I imagine could be confirmed easily that it isn't working as intended, that I wouldn't be shocked if it's something that's actually been bugged forever, but no one has noticed.

    I wouldn't be surprised.

    As far as I'm aware, the Shroud of Separation for Killer has been bugged and has done absolutely nothing since 2019.

    To be fair, I've never submitted a bug report or tested it within the last year though, because it's not even a worthless Offering, if it works it's actively detrimental to you as Killer.

    I mean if the killer spawns in the middle of the map and runs in your direction the shroud isn't gonna do anything.

    shroud of separation isn't bugged, it still tricks survivors into thinking I brought in a mori, and they all DC after taking the bait! Seriously, it's like the easiest win you ever get as a killer, and you don't waste any of your precious mori's!

    Funnily enough, this actually happened to me as Survivor. Only 3 of us loaded in and then the other 2 DC'ed. And no Hatch back then until you'd repaired enough gens.

    Fastest '4k' of that Hag's life.

    Yeah, they've all been bugged for a while, I think me and my friends were having fun, so we all threw in that killer is far away or whatever, and the killer mickey basically spawned right beside us, got tier 3, downed us and killed us, lol

    I am so glad to see it wasn't just me. Every time I use Vigos Shroud I always end up right next to the killer.
