About Entity rewarding killers

In one of the cosmetics of doctor it's mentioned that he got an entire ship full of people to experiment on from the entity. This means that more killers are rewarded by doing great job by her.

This is extremly horrifying looking at some killers that we have, like Freddy...

    There are many realms outside of the trials, and if the Entity has power within these realms, it's highly likely it can steal people from one and thrust them into another. I doubt it's short of food, given how many worlds and dimensions it can bleed into.
