Killer idea. The Musician. Power: Music Theory. Hold the power button to change to a certain time signature. Tap the power button to switch between them. Legato E Molto Espressivo: slows speed to 105%. Reduces terror radius to 10 meters. Beginning a chase removes this affect and afflicts any nearby survivors with the Halted effect. The effect causes the survivor to perform every action in the game 8% slower, with a 2% Hindred status effect lingering for 5 seconds. The Halted effect lasts for 20 seconds. Andante E Crescendo: Increase terror radius to 40 meters. Decrease movement speed to 85%, which over the course of 6 seconds increases to 180%. Limits turning and results in a slowdown briefly after finishing. Hitting a survivor quickly after finishing this grants you the Rushed effect. This effect gives you a 9% bonus speed in all actions for 10 seconds, with a 7% Haste status effect for 7 seconds. Piece Of Mind: Press the power button to leave a music stand in your place. Each time a player is affected by any of the effects related to this killer, the stand gains ½ of a music sheet. When a music sheet is full, all generators, hooks, and pallets become unusable within 32 meters. The music stand plays The Musician’s terror radius when within 16 meters. It takes 3 seconds to break a music stand. You can have a maximum of 2 music stands up at once, and they remove boons as well.
Iridescent Add-on One: Rotten Sheet. Begin the game with 4 stands set up. These stands turn on whenever you hook a survivor. Survivors are unable to heal when within 24 meters. All stands become blocked for 40 seconds when a survivor breaks one, and you can have a maximum of 1 active stand on the map after these 4 are broken. Stands have none of their usual debuffs. Flavor text, “They can’t understand my masterpiece. Nobody can, and nobody ever will. That’s why it’s a masterpiece.”
Iridescent Add-on Two: Masterpiece. Unable to use Piece Of Mind. Andante E Crescendo now lets you lunge at the end, with no effects immediately. When unhooked or healed out of the dying state, they suffer from the Broken, Exhaustion, and Frightful effect for 60 seconds. All of these are removed after 60 seconds, including Exhaustion. Flavor text, “He sighed to himself, despite the warm applause and faces of approval. It was a rotten tune.”
The Musician’s perks hit survivors with powerful effects and cause confusion when survivors stay alone.
Hex: Excessive Obsession. Each time a survivor performs an action alone for over 10 seconds, a dull totem is lit. This totem switches location every 20 seconds. Whenever 2 or more survivors are performing the same action at the same time, the action is blocked and survivors scream, revealing their location for 4 seconds. The related action is blocked for those survivors for 16,18,20 seconds.
Music Prevails: Whenever a survivor completes a generator or boons, they gain the Oblivious status effect for 30 seconds. Whenever you break a generator or stomp a boon; one of the following effects will happen. 1. Survivors will receive a difficult skill check when they begin the task. 2. When they complete the action, the 3 nearest same interactables will block for 16 seconds. Totems are blocked for 26.
Hex: Off-Beat: A dull totem is lit each time a survivor is unhooked. The totem changes location every 16 seconds, and all survivor’s see its aura for seconds. Only two survivors may cleanse it, it is blocked for the other two. The totem is not able to be blessed. For each time the totem moves, gain a token. You can have up to three lit totems from this hex at once. Tokens last until all totems are broken. 5 Tokens: All survivors scream when they begin working on a generator, gain Incapacitated for 6 seconds. 8 Tokens: All survivors scream when they begin healing another survivor, and gain Incapacitated for 9 seconds. 12 Tokens: All totems become blocked for 80 seconds, and all survivors gain Oblivious, Blindness, Frightful and Exhaustion. After this is up, all totems break.
