Teachable perks no longer have the tick above them

I was just wondering why the teachable perks for both survivors and killers no longer have the tick above the perk to let the user know whether you have it unlocked or not. it would be appreciated if I could get an honest answer! If it could be added back that would be great! Thanks heaps for your time!
