Borrow Time Changes are just bad

The perk was good as it was, now you can't chase the survivor who was unhook, making survivors care less and less about getting a safe hook rescue. The perk was fine, just undo the changes please, why in the hell would you buff a perk that was already meta, and that nobody asked to get buffed. I love you devs, but this update makes me feel like you gained extra chromosomes before developing this update. Stop trying to balance the game towards "fun", because fun is subjective, and balance the game towards competitiveness, which is easier, better, funnier for everyone, and objective.
