What was I seeing? An illusion of a survivor?

So I played this match against The Doctor. I was the last survivor. I walk by The Doctor, and there is Jill standing there nearby looking scared. I double checked that all the other survivors were dead, and they were. Is this a part of The Doctor's illusions? Or is this part of the Halloween event?

    Without a video I'm unsure but it'd be a bug/glitch. The Doctor hasn't got any add-ons/parts of his power where he spawns fake illusions of survivors and the Halloween event wouldn't have started when you'd seen this glitch.
