Is It new bug? Some female characters holding items looks so different...

I m not sure if to report it like bug. I m not only one who recognised it, but some female characters holding some items (like medkits or toolboxes) are looking kind of different, their hands with items are a bit more off body, they holding items like some Rambo. Not all female characters tho. Some characters holding iteams looks same as before, but some characters are looking a bit different?
