Bonus Prestige Level Ups

Has anyone had the situation where some characters had gotten the bonus prestige levels but others did not? For example I had started building Dredge, Sadako, and Wesker around the same time to p3 but only dredge went from p3 to p5. I had quite a bit of survivors at p1 but only Laurie was bumped up to p3 but not Bill, Rebecca, Tapp, Quentin, or Nancy even though they're all p1 before the update. I'm not understanding why that's happening? Is that happening to ya?

    It was only characters that were on Level 50 when 6.1.0 was released back when the prestige changes were made. They had to be Level 50 AND P0, P1 or P2.
