Corrupt Purge on Plague malfunctioning.

This just happened on PC. I was playing Plague on Ormond and drank the Corrupt Purge/red puke from a fountain. However, I did not get it, and still had the Vile Purge/green puke, but the fountain still lost the Corrupt Purge. Later on in the match, a couple minutes I think, my Corrupt Purge suddenly activated randomly.
I was not running any add ons that could have caused this. The only ones I was running were the Blessed Apple and Hematite Seal, neither of which could cause something like this.
