Cheating become way too OP

I saw 2 times survivor changed himself into Onryo and killed other survivors. Cheaters seem to evolve, become stronger. Previously, most hacks were about teleporting, instahealing, or getting up instantly from a dying state, but now it is a whole new level.
Or did I miss something and it is a part of the event?
P.S.: I forgot to mention that this Onryo was able to jump! Like a bunny! D:
