BHVR, please do something about the rift fragments or the queue times
This time the rift is really interesting for me, but it looks like I won't be able to make it AGAIN because I don't have 24/7 time to play DBD.
I already have all survivor challenges (in the current rift and in the event rift) and I should actually be playing killer for fragments now, but the Killer queue is still insanely long in my region. I just don't have time to wait ages for a match. But how am I supposed to do the rift if I can't play both sides?
BHVR, do something to make the queues more balanced again, killer queues have been way too long for the past weeks. Or as another alternative, gives us more rift fragments for normal matches, outside of challenges, no matter which side you play. So even adults who don't have time to play DBD all day all week have a chance to complete the rift and get the cosmetics. This problem keeps me from buying the premium pass, I would like to but I know it's not worth it because I don't get the rewards anyway.

"killer queues have been way too long for the past weeks"
Unfortunately they can make people want to quit, but they can't make people want to play.

Tier 20 after three evenings, about 10 hours in total. 85 days left to complete the remaining 65... yeah it's not going to be a problem at all.
Killer queues have been fine. Try playing at peak times.

I agree with the rift fragments not being enough. There's an item that was released for Halloween that I want to buy, it's just a cosmetic, but I like the look of it. It is 21600 shards and 840 cells. Based on what I've seen in my games, I earn about 600XP per game. I need 4200XP to make 300 shards. So that's about seven games per 300 shards. If I divide 21600 by 300, I get 72. So, if I multiply 72 by the approximate seven games per 300, I get 504 games. That's a hell of a lot of fun... if they average 15 minutes each, it comes out to 126 hours of gaming. Let's say I started the day the event came out; that's just over 6 hours a day.

Shards are quite slow to earn, but there is a small bonus you missed - you get 300 exp for your first survivor match and first killer match of the day.
Generally I'd suggest buying shard cosmetics piece by piece instead of set by set, because 21600 shards is a lot and you'll be averaging one outfit per devotion level. It's less painful when you set more reasonable goals - and besides, there's no discount on buying sets together with shards, so there's no incentive to wait.

Thanks for the suggestion of splitting the cosmetic into its pieces. I don't need the new head, just really the torso. There is still the problem of earning enough shards to buy an individual cosmetic piece. I still think they should give more shards. When I started, they were easier to earn than now.
