Incentives disappearing

If I play a match the incentive but I'll still get then but if I close the game and relaunch it there show back up. I was wondering if anyone else has had this happen.
I have done a bug report but I didn't see any other post about it.

I think Incentives are broken. it either switches every time you go back to main menu or disappears completely
