Scourge hook: imposed Penance: When a survivor is hooked.The gen with the most progress get blocked as long as the survivor is hooked.
Effect wont maintain if you are at less than 24 m of the hook.
Gambling: When searching a chest.There is a chance for getting a green or higher rarity but yellow to brown add ons or brown item with green to iridiscent add ons.
Expertise: Allow the user to rummage a yellow toolbox
