Cannot disarm bear traps when on a pallet

When playing as a survivor against trapper, it was impossible to disarm his traps when placed on a pallet in the shack. It got me killed, so I wasn’t able to see if it would happen again. I’m not sure if this one a one time issue or if it can be reproduced.

    We had this happen in Lampkin Lane, placed it on a pallet and attempting to disarm it would move the survivor into the trap. It was something the trapper was clearly aware of as he set all his traps on those dropped pallets effectively neutralizing them all as places to run and vault without actually breaking the pallets making survivors unable to use any pallets.
