I official think Bill Overbeck bloodweb is Bugged still no Event Lightbulb addon after 3rd prestige
People who play bill plz check ur items and tell me if you have the Halloween event addon.
I haven't been able to get it in 3 almost 4 prestige and I am officially giving up.
Plz help me.

It's funny you mentioned that - it took me 56 bloodweb levels in order to get a single broken bulb on Haddie.
It does seem to be rarer than everything else. I doubt this is a Bill problem in particular, just an issue with event item distribution and bad RNG.
